Firm and crunchy, but then they melt in your mouth! Great addition to chocolate fondue with fruit, or crumbled into a creamy trifle. 
These meringues are fairly sturdy, and we do our best to pack them carefully, but we do not offer them for orders shipped outside Vancouver Island.
